I stocked up on organic produce at Fred Meyer today, so in order to make room for it, I figured I would just use up whatever I had in my produce drawer for today's juice.
That led to this easy vegan juicing recipe:
1 bunch kale
1 cucumber (not organic, so I peeled it)
2 carrots
3 celery stalks
Yum!
