Where to Find the Best Prices (for February) on Local, Vegan, Organic Products from Small Planet Organics

Small Planet Organics (aka Small Planet Tofu) is a local company whipping up awesome tofu (the regular stuff and fancy artisan varieties) on Vashon Island. Founded in 1992 by the incredibly likable Phil Spiegel (simply known as Tofu Phil around these parts), Small Planet Organics is now in cahoots with Island Spring Organic making some of the finest organic tofu, dips and spreads in the state.

If you have never tried Small Planet’s Organic Sun-Dried Tomato Dip & Spread or the Baked Garlic & Herb Tofu, you can stop by and see Tofu Phil at one of their samplings, which often happen at PCC Natural Market locations, Marlene’s and other local stores offering vegan and organic goodness -- or you can stop by one of the stores listed below to pick some up while it’s on sale and treat yourself to a new taste sensation.
