Today's Vegan Juicing Recipe


Today's vegan juice ingredients:


Today's vegan juice was awesome! Since my favorite juice is a tomato-basil-garlic combo, I decided to up the nutritional value by adding kale, carrots, celery and oregano.

Here is today's vegan juicing recipe:

1/2 bunch kale (leaves and stalks)
3 tomatoes
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 garlic clove
About 20 basil leaves (from my patio garden - yay!)
About 20 oregano leaves (also from my patio garden - double yay!)

Since I have a wimpy juicer, I used a grapefruit spoon to core the tomatoes and make a hole big enough to stuff with the basil and oregano leaves. This helps the juicer handle leafy greens much better!
